First Up - Finding A Mortgage Broker To Work With
Okay real estate newbies,
I have read most of the information available in the real estate investment course material. There are actually several programs a real estate investor can work with Mr. Alexander’s group.
The most simple technique appears to be a program where you help a home seller by lining up a buyer who has had some credit issues. The course shows you how to put a contract on the house with the seller, line up the buyer, contract with them and show them how to get their financing, and then work the transaction for a win-win-win situation.
Of course, there is copyright information that I am not at liberty to disclose, but I am going to try to walk you through my first transaction without giving the copyright info away.
My first task is to find a mortgage broker who can work with me and then place my Seller Ads. I have a couple of mortgage broker contacts, so I’ll get started and see what happens next.
