Okay, so I did purchase the Alexander real estate program.  It was a little confusing as there are three different payments that have to be made to total the platinum membership.  (The only thing you get with the gold membership is permission to sell the gold and platinum memberships and build a 2 tier affiliate structure.)  Somehow, I got over into the gold area upon making my last payment, which I didn’t realize until it was too late.  This created a problem, as I couldn’t access the back office and courses that way. 

I made a few phone calls and sent a couple of e-mails – only to find I just needed to let my up-line know, who sent an e-mail to Mr. Alexander directly.  His office fixed me and I was up and running on the real estate courses website within the day.

So far, I am impressed with his program.  But there is a lot to tell you, so I’ll try to be back tomorrow.
