Real Estate Programs
Hey all you real estate newbies!
I am sure, like me, you have purchased many a real estate investment program. I have come across some good ones, but only to find, even at purchasing property for pennies on the dollar, I still have not had enough pennies to purchase one of these houses. At least not one in good enough shape I would consider buying it.
I am on a mailing list of a couple who have taught me quite a lot about real estate wholesaling however, and they have directed me to a new program by John Alexander.
I took a look at this offer yesterday. At the risk of looking stupid in front of all of you, I am considering buying into it.
Before I do, I believe I will do some due diligence today. I’ll be back to let you know my findings tomorrow.
