Hey,

Welcome to realestate-newbies.today.com.  Sort of being one myself, I thought I would write about my experiences and mishaps in real estate, and take you along for the ride.

Actually, I am a newbie in some areas of real estate, but not all.  I have managed property off and on since I was in my teens.  My background is hotel and apartment complex management, so that area is not foreign to me at all.  However, the other stuff is pretty new.

I am a member of a couple of very active real estate forums and I continue to learn a lot from the people who meet there.

I am looking forward to this journey, and hope you enjoy hanging out with me too.
